There is more empty retail square footage in this country than there is affordable housing built this decade. B0rd exists to close that gap by force. We need someone to run point on the first conversion.

Responsibilities

Take a dead mall or big-box shell from “structurally sound but economically abandoned” to occupied housing. Own the mall and Walmart pipelines specifically. Fight the zoning fight; it is the whole job.

Requirements

Real estate or construction background preferred. Genuine belief that a food court can become someone's home, without romanticizing it.
